Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital and available immediately after payment, which affects when a refund is possible.

Digital products

Because printables can be downloaded and printed as soon as payment succeeds, purchases are generally not refundable once access has been provided.

When we will refund you

You were charged twice for the same product.
Payment succeeded but you never received access to your file.
The file is damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it for you.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled only before the download link or file has been sent. Once delivered, the order is considered complete.

Email playandlearnwithsaavi@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 8668317335 within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5-7 working days.
